If I’m a current Akruto user and get a new Android, how will that affect using Akruto to sync Outlook with the new Android?

If you are already using AkrutoSync and get a new phone, you can sync your new phone, too. AkrutoSync FAQ explains how to easily add more devices to sync with. With AkrutoSync, your data is on all your devices (and only on your own devices!)

I have Outlook 2003 on the computer and a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge phone. Contacts do not sync from the phone to the computer. Any ideas?

Hello Dale. I understand that you can sync contacts from Outlook to your phone, but you are having trouble syncing in the other direction. When you create a new contact on a Samsung phone (actually on any Android phone), it gives you a choice where to store the contact. Please select “AKRUTO Contacts” as the location for your new contact. This way it will sync to Outlook as you expect. You only need to select the location once. After that “AKRUTO Contacts” becomes the default location for all new contacts and sync will work in both directions without you having to think about it.
