Suddenly started having problems syncing my iPhone 11 with Akruto a week ago. I submittd an email request for help. Hous later I received a response. I responded and waited. It was hard to guess when someone would respond, 30 minutes was the minimum, many hours later was the norm. Finally i h ad several days when I needed to attend appointments on the road away from my computer. Today I sent another response to my original request and haven’t heard anything for hours.
I have never been able to locate a “Blue Widget” at the bottom of the screen for Live Chat.
What’s going on? Can someone recommend another tool besides Akruto? I have used Akruto for years and I don’t understand what has happened.
