    On both my phone and iPad, I keep getting the message: “Cannot Verify Server Identity, The identity of “xxxxx.akrname.com cannot be verified.”
    When checking the Details button:
    “*.akrname.com
    Issued by R3
    Not Trusted
    Expired 1/31/23, 5:17:04 PM”

    How do I fix this?

    Hello, my AkrutoSync stopped synching after 26 January 2023.

    When I go into the configuration screen of either my iPad or iPhone, I cannot verify the server.

    I keep Windows 11 Pro 64 updated to the latest version and my version of the software is 5.3.21

    Any idea please?

    Akrutosync stopped syncing

    I have tried to update Akrutosync and when I run the update Ireceive the message This app cannot run on your PC, find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

    How do I fix this?

    I have a similar problem – a pop-up message on my phone every 5 seconds that interrupts my use of the phone to announce that your server can’t be verified.
    Apparently this is an issue shared by 3 of your other 8 users and you don’t seem to care enough to respond to their questions.
    Not surprising.
    I’ve had the Akrutosync software since 2017 and you haven’t bothered to update or add to your meager FAQ since then. You published the first update I can remember recently and didn’t bother to explain its purpose, what it changed, added, or fixed, and I can’t tell that anything is different.
    This isn’t the only problem I suffer with your software. If I leave Akruto running, it eventually screws up Outlooks ability to access the .pst file. I’ve learned i have to open akrutosync, wait patiently for it to decide to perform a sync, and then end the process in task manager. Stupid. All 8 of your users deserve better.
    And yet, you do understand there is a need for your syncing service. It is still better than using apple products. Sad though, you seem content to hover just above that low bar.

    Hello,

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    This problem was supposed to be resolved with the latest version of AkrutoSync. The certificate is updated regularly.

    You can download and install the latest version of AkrutoSync here https://www.akruto.com/files/download/

    Simply run the installer and finish the process. You don’t need to uninstall the current version installed on your computer. Restart your computer after and check if the message will still appear.

    If you continue to experience this problem, please send us an email at support@akruto.com and we will schedule a remote session for you so we can have this issue checked and investigated to find the cause of this problem.

    Hey there,

    Some of my contacts are synching ok, others are only partially synched. One example has the Name and Notes of the contact, but not the phone number.

    iPhone 15 Pro, 128GB, iOS 17.5.1.
