    Since the update of my iPhone to IOS 17 calendar entries I make on my phone with a notification (like 15 minutes before) appear in my Outlook without that notification. The other way around, with calendar entries made in Outlook appear well on my phone.

    As you well know Raphael I have been experiencing the exact same problem as Paul Z since my wife and I updated to ios!7, and have not heard any response from you or your company for the last 2 weeks, ignoring my multiple emails. I have tried every suggestion you’ve come up with for the last 2 months, but nothing has fixed the issue. To add insult to injury, your last email reply (2 weeks ago) stated “As per checking, we do not have any similar cases with our customers that is using iOS devices”. Well, are you sure about that??????

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    It looks like my previous response did not go through. We will need to investigate further on this particular case of yours. Please assist us in retrieving the Akruto logs on your computer. I will forward it to our main developer to investigate further.

    To retrieve the logs, please do the following:
    Please click Open data directory in AkrutoSync and look for the logs folder. Open the logs folder and get a copy of the latest log file then send it to us.

    The log file contains all the processes that AkrutoSync executes for sync to occur. The log file will include the name of your Outlook profiles and Outlook folders. We can assure you that no Outlook data and information for contacts, calendar, tasks and notes can be seen or extracted from the log file.
