All my Outlook data have been erased somehow. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup. But I think maybe Akruto stores Outlook data so that I could recover my lost contacts and notes.

Two options:
1. On AkrutoSync in your computer, on the main screen, look for Synchronization History on the left panel. It will have 4 types: Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes (it depends which category/categories you sync) – there is no need to click on ‘Select Device/App. When you click on ‘Select All’ – it will provide a data file (PST) that you can import to Outlook.
2. On your iPad mini, could you please go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > do you still have the Exchange account for AkrutoSync?
