i’m able to sync my calendar/contacts from laptop via MS OUtlook but my iphone 7 has dups of contacts. when i try to remove, it removes from my contact listing on my laptop as well. please advise.Hi Lizette,

Before setting up AkrutoSync, do you already have contacts on your phone? if yes, did you remove these contacts?
