I’ve been able to sync my Outlook 2010 (Win10) calendar, notes and tasks with my iPhone 6 (iOS10) but not all of my contacts. After syncing 74 out of 354, it seems to stop/app says in progress no change. I waited 15 minutes…have opened/closed the app…push is off/fetch on (30 minutes). Contact sync with iCloud is off/had no contacts on my iPhone when I started.
