Iphone 13, iOS 16.0.2 Continually syncing Tasks and creating duplicates

I recently upgraded my iphone to iOS 16. Now when I add a task from my phone, it causes the tasks in Akrutosync to continually sync (like every minute) and creates duplicates on my computer, and sometimes also on my phone. I did not have this problem with the previous version of iOS. Something in this new iOS release is not working correctly with Akrutosync.

Will you please advise? I have already tried to remove my exchange account and recreate it, but the problem still occurs.
