I am testing your service right now and am very happy with the results. However, I noticed that if I delete a calendar entry in Outlook it still appears in the iPhone calendar (and need to be deleted manually on the phone). Is this correct?

On your phone, please make sure that only the Akruto account is displayed, to do this, go to the calendar app -> tap on calendar (bottom) screen then uncheck all accounts except for the AKruto account or All Exchange.
Also, If the calendar entry originally came from Outlook, an you delete it from Outlook it should get deleted from iPhone as well.
