    I am using the latest version of AkrutoSync (paid for) on a Windows 10 (fully updated) laptop to sync Outlook 365 Tasks and Notes to an iPhone 6 (and iPad Air).

    This has worked well until the end of last month since when no sync has taken place at all. The last syncs on both devices were on 21/2.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

    The device addresses match, though when I try to force verification on both devices, they time out with the message “Unable to verify account information”.

    Does anyone have an ideas that may help, please?

    What is the model of your iPhone 6 [(Settings > General > About > Model) and (6 / 6 Plus / 6s / 6s Plus)] and what is its iOS version (Settings > General > About > Version)?

    What is the model of your iPad Air (Settings > General > About > Model) and what is its iOS version (Settings > General > About > Version)?

    Are you using Outlook 2003 / 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / Office 365 with Outlook 2013 / 2016 on a Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 computer? Is it a desktop or a laptop? Wired directly to the router or connected via Wi-Fi?

    For AkrutoSync version 5.2:
    The capability to take screenshots right from AkrutoSync to make support’s life easier. To take a screenshot, the small icon in the top left corner of the AkrutoSync window (or press Alt+Space). A menu will open; select “Take screenshot”. You will be offered to select a file name and location for the screenshot file. The default location for the screenshot file is on the desktop and the default file name is AkrutoSync Screenshot.png.

    Should have added that I sync via WiFi.
