GuestI installed AkrutoSync and all seemed to be going well. However, when I create a new contact on my iPhone, it doesn’t sync to Outlook on my Windows PC. I can’t find a way to tell the iPhone Contacts app to choose the AkrutoSync account.
Contacts that I set up on the initial config sync well. I can add or change info on the contact on the iPhone and it shows up in Outlook.
Using Windows 11 with Outlook 365
iPhone SE (2020 – 2nd Gen) with iOS 17.6.1 (latest)Please advise. Thanks, Brent

GuestSome more information on my inquiry. The issue is when someone sends me a contact card on either iMessages / text or in email. When you try to save it as a new contact, the iPhone saves it in the iPhone category, not the AkrutoSync one. I have devised a workaround. I create a new contact in the AkrutoSync database and then save the contact to the now EXISTING contact in AkrutoSync. In this case, the contact information is saved in the AkrutoSync database.
However, I would like to know if there is a setting I can use on the iPhone so I would not have to use my workaround and that the iPhone would save the contact the correct way automatically.
Thanks, Brent Stover
