I have a message in Akrutosync that states “Your phone or tablet is trying to sync contact “xxxx”, but you have not selected a Contacts folder” Right below that, it says “Click here to fix.” When I click here to fix, it just takes me to the “select what to sync” page where everything states NONE except for the Outlook square, which I am unable to click off. I don’t know how to get rid of this. Help please????May 16, 2018 at 6:07 pmModerator
We need to check and make sure that there is nothing strange in your Outlook configuration.
1. Do you have multiple copies of Outlook? Perhaps maybe a trial version was installed on your computer that you haven’t been aware of when you first bought it? Please check if you have other installations/versions of Outlook on your computer.
2. Please OPEN Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, and then click “Select What to Sync”. Do you see a list of your Outlook folders?
3. Please CLOSE Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, and then click “Select What to Sync”. Do you see a list of your Outlook folders?
4. Do you need to enter a password to see your data in Outlook?

I am having the same problem as Chuck above, and your suggestions above do not work. My “Select what to sync” page has NONE selected for everything, including Calendar and Contacts. My Calendar is syncing with my iPhone 7 correctly, but the Contacts do not. “Select Contact Folder” lists an iCloud file and another old file, but not the one I want to sync with the phone. Interestingly, the “Select Calendar” list does not have the correct PST file, either, but somehow it syncs with my iPhone correctly.
