GuestSince a short period of time (maybe after the last update of AkrutSync?) I have problems with Calender entries made in my iPhone 7. When these are synced to Outlook on my laptop I can’t open them in Outlook (Windows 10). I get a reading error. The other way around, so entry in Outlook and open in iPhone just works normal.

GuestI am having the same problem. If you try to edit/read/copy/move a calendar event create on the iPhone, Outlook now says is cannot open/read the item and fails. Strangely, if you try to delete it, it will report the same error, but then actually delete the event. This only happens with events initiated on the phone and uploaded to Outlook, not visa-versa. It is a recent phenomena.

GuestSo, I have used Akruto for more than 5 years, with little or no problems. Yesterday, I looked at my iPhone calendar and all (except for self populating holidays) of my calendar items were gone – past, present and future. The Akruto app on my desktop says it is successfully sinking calendar and contact items, but I can assure you it is not. Let me know if you can help. Thanks!
ModeratorHello Conrad,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please open the Calendar app on your iPhone then tap “Calendars”. Uncheck everything except for “AKRUTO Calendar” then tap “Done”. Please check if the Calendar entries will appear again.
If this did not help, kindly take a screenshot of AkrutoSync window on your computer and send it via email to support@akruto.com for checking and further troubleshooting.
