I think I screwed up. INformation onthe iphone would not sync to Outlook, so I tried upgrading the AkrutoSync program, and then re-established the sync link. Unfortunately, all of last year’s data on the iphoneis now gone. Is this recoverable? Thanks
in some iOS devices, updating the Exchange account on the phone triggers a full re-sync of the Outlook data that you have in Outlook, and disregards the unsynced data on the phone. Unfortunately, this is an iOS issue that we cannot control. As a work around, you may want to configure your router to always give your computer the same address. To do this, point your web browser to your router, log in and look for an option called “DHCP reservation” or “Address reservation”. Note that this is not required in order to use AkrutoSync. I attached a general guide on how to setup “DHCP reservation” or “Address reservation”.
