GuestHello!
I’m struggling with synchronizing my Lumia 1020 with Outlook tasks and notes. I don’t want to use Internet for syncing, but I only see guides explaining how to sync my phone using Cloud services.
Do you have a guide for syncing via Wi-Fi or USB?ModeratorHi James,
Thank you for your interest in AkrutoSync. AkrutoSync will synchronize your contacts, calendar, tasks and notes between Outlook and your devices. It works on Android, Windows phones, and iOS devices (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch). Your Nokia Lumia 1020 is compatible for AkrutoSync.
You can download the trial version of AkrutoSync from https://www.akruto.com/get-akruto-sync/ (at the bottom part of the page is the link for the download).
AkrutoSync does not sync via USB cable.
To sync the phone via Wi-Fi, please use this guide: https://www.akruto.com/user-guide/configure-akruto-sync-home-wi-fi-network/To view the synced notes and tasks, you need to install Viperal Tasks Windows mobile app, refer to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/viperal-tasks/9nblggh08wr7
For the settings, go to: https://www.akruto.com/synchronize-outlook-apps/ under the topic Viperal TasksFor other Nokia Lumia sync topics: https://www.akruto.com/forum/windows-phone-outlook-syncing-problems/lumia-and-outlook-sync-issues/
