For the last few weeks, I have had problems when syncing Outlook calendar on my iPhone and PC. During that time, I have not changed any Akrutosynch settings on either my iPhone or my PC. The problem shows up on my iPhone. Sometimes, everything appears to be fine after a sync and then later when I am out of the house and go to look at the calendar on my iPhone, it literally has no entries. Everything that had synced has just disappeared. Other times, I will look and the same calendar entry shows up on my iPhone 3 or 4 times on the same date. Akrutosync has become totally unreliable for me. I either need to fix it or replace it with something else. Can you help me fix it?

    Hello Dave,

We are very sorry that you are experiencing this problem. We strive to give our users a quick and seamless sync solution, and the trouble you are having is not what we want our customers to have to experience.

Please open the Calendar app on your iPhone then tap “Calendars” in the bottom part. Kindly uncheck everything except for “AKRUTO Calendar” and tap “Done”. Check if the synced calendar entries from your Outlook will appear on your phone.

If not, please take a screenshot of AkrutoSync main window and “Select what to Sync” panel and send it via email to support@akruto.com for further troubleshooting.

    Regards,
    Raphael

I just sent you the screenshot you requested. I currently am experiencing the problem where entries do not show up on my iPhone that are on my calendar and that were on my iPhone. Dave

As additional information, I also just noticed that the AkrutoSync main screen shows the calendar sync to still be in progress. It started at 12:44, so that is an extraordinarily long time. It ordinarily only takes a minute or two to complete the sync. All of the other syncs (contacts, tasks and notes) were completed within a minute of when they started. It appears that the problem with my calendar sync may relate to how slowly the sync is progressing.
