Akrutosync is telling me that it cannot find the Old Notes Folder. this just started recently. I select fix and shortly after the fix and saving, the message is back. How do I permanently fix this problem and get back to syncing my Outlooks notes? iphone 6. IOS 10, Windows 10.<br />

same problem here, for calendar, tasks, contacts and notes!

The same problem keeps popping up here. I think it started after I re-connected Outlook to my Outlook.com account which is now some kind of Exchange Server setup.

P.S. This problem not only concerns the “old Notes folder”, but also contacts, calender and tasks.

I have the same symptoms, running wifi connection, discovery worked. Initially it claimed to have succeeded with contacts, but failed calendar, but now it is claiming failure with everything. It is not clear that it ever succeeded with any sync of contacts even though akrutosync claimed that it did. I have screen capture but I am not sure where to send it.

I sent request for support to Akruto and this response from them worked for me.
You may be having problems with the Microsoft Office installation.
Please quit AkrutoSync then go to Start Menu > Programs and Features and search for your Office installation. Once you find it, right click on it and select “Change”, then select “Repair” to check the Office program files.
Once the repair is completed, please restart your computer and open AkrutoSync’s window to see if the error still appears.

Repairing the Microsoft Office Update (Install) worked perfectly and fixed the Akrutosync error.

Hi,
I want to get the data from my iPhone to my new desktop (that has only 3 contacts).
When I did my first synch, that didn’t happen. Instead it brought over the 3 contacts to my iphone.
How do I get my iphone contacts to my new outlook on my desktop?

I have the same problem with calendar – only downloaded Akruto yesterday and it was fine then but now its failing.
I’m not happy about doing an office repair – last time I did that it messed the MS Office up.
Surely there is an Akruto solution?
