    Hello,

    Thank you for the email

Please download and install the latest version of AkrutoSync here: https://www.akruto.com/files/download/

Simply run the installer and finish the process. You don’t need to uninstall the current version installed on your computer. Reboot your computer and phone after and make sure that both are connected to the same network/router.

Let us know how it goes.

By calendar is not properly syncing to the iPhone, it has worked for years. I am running the current version of akruto and connected via Wifi to the same network.

    1. If I add a calendar entry to outlook it does not end up on my iphone.
    2. If I add a calendar entry on my phone it goes to outlook. If I delete if from my phone it does not delete it on outlook.

It shows status Failed on the calendar in the akruto sync sceen.

The log is getting an error, not sure if this is the problem. The log error is similar ever time I sync.

I am having the same problem. Have removed and reinstalled it several times and it will work for a bit and then start failing again. I’ve used this program for years and haven’t had this problem until recently.

    Hello Tina,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

May I know the exact brand and model of your phone and the iOS version running? If possible, please send us a screenshot of the AkrutoSync window via email to [email protected].

I am having EXACTLY the same problem as Tina reported in August.

    Specifically:
    1. If I add a calendar entry to outlook it does not end up on my iphone.
    2. If I add a calendar entry on my phone it goes to outlook. If I delete if from my phone it does not delete it on outlook.

It shows status Failed on the calendar in the akruto sync screen.

my ios version is 16.6.1 and I’m running the most current rev of akruto.

All the other updates work fine (notes, tasks, contacts).

I am having intermittent issues syncing my iPhone 16 Pro to Outlook on my Desktop Computer. The problem is in both directions.

    Background:
    – I have been an Akruto user for a number of years.
    – The syncing issue arises every few months
    – I have the latest version of Akruto installed on my desktop
    – Syncing is set up to do so via Wi-fi on my home network
    – The iPhone 16 Pro is running the current version of its OS
    – So far, I have tried shutting down everything, forcing an calendar update of the iPhone, updating software.
    – In the past, I have been able to resolve the syncing issue, but not this time.

I have been using Akrutosync for a couple of years with my iPhone 12 for syncing my calendar and contacts from my PC to iPhone. However in the last few days it has suddenly stopped syncing to my phone and we have not been able to resolve this.
My iPhone 12 is running iOS 18.6.2
    The Akrutosync version is 5.3.26

    Can you advise please.

    Many thanks,
    Diane

Will not sync in either direction. I’ve reinstalled current version. Chose what to sync several times. I forced a sync on my iPhone 14 Pro Max which has the most current IOS. Turned the iPhone off and on. Stopped and restarted Outlook. Added calendar items to both the iPhone and the Outlook on the PC. Neither sync’s. How can I fix? Thanks

    Hello Victor,

The issue that you are experiencing is usually caused by the server of AkrutoSync being blocked on your computer or the phone and computer are having problems with connectivity.

You can check the factors below:

    1. Make sure your phone is not on “Airplane Mode”

    2. Please open settings -> Wi-Fi on your phone and make sure it says “connected”. Not just “on”, but “connected” to the same network of your PC. If your PC or laptop is also using Wi-Fi make sure it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that your phone is connected to. Also make sure that Mobile Data / Cellular Data is Turned OFF. Also, please make sure that both your devices are connected to the same 2.4 ghz or 5ghz router. This is usually indicated in the Wi-Fi name. (Example: Brian Wi-Fi 2.4ghz or Brian Wi-Fi 5ghz)

    3. If you have a firewall on your computer, it may be preventing the connection You can try disabling the firewall (as a test only) to see if it is the reason for connection problems. If you are using something other than the Windows Firewall, please make sure Akruto is listed as “allowed”. If this does not work, completely turn off your firewall.

    4. If you are using a VPN connection, please turn it off and restart your computer then try to sync again after the restart.

If the suggestions above did not work, please send us a screenshot of AkrutoSync window from your computer via email to [email protected]
