How to Sync HTC One Android Phone with Outlook using AkrutoSync

Start AkrutoSync program on your PC and click “Configure AkrutoSync”. AkrutoSync will guide you through the configuration process. When prompted to create an Exchange ActiveSync account on your HTC phone do the following

1) Tap “Settings”

2) Tap “Accounts & sync”

3) Tap the plus sign to add an account

4) Tap “Exchange ActiveSync”

5) Enter the email address shown in AkrutoSync window on your PC and the password you selected (the email address in the screenshot is just an example)

6) Tap “Next”. If asked to trust a certificate, tap “Trust”.

7) Verify that Contacts, Calendar and Task are selected for synchronization. Tap “Next”.

8) Name the new account “Akruto”. Tap “Finish Setup”.
