How to Import an SSL Certificate in Windows

When prompted to browse for the address on your device do the following.

1) Open Internet Explorer from the start menu in Windows. This screenshot shows Windows 8 or newer.

2) Navigate to the address displayed in AkrutoSync window and hit enter on your keyboard. Note: the address shown in the screenshot is just an example. You need to enter the address shown in AkrutoSync window on your computer.

3) On the page that opens, tap or click on “Import Certificate for AkrutoSync” link.

4) When prompted, select “Open”

5) Click “Open” then “Install Certificate”.

6) The Installation Wizard will open. Don’t change anything and click “Next” until wizard completes the installation of the certificate. Then click “Finish”.

7) Once the Wizard is finished with the installation, you will receive a message confirming that the certificate was installed successfully. Click “OK” and proceed to the steps below.
